Safari Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

The following payment methods are accepted on our website

Credit Cards: Discover, MasterCard, and Visa

When you use a credit card to place an order, the billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card.

If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

Safari Ltd cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution, then place the order again when the problem is resolved.

Order Processing

Safari Ltd.®’s dedicated Customer Care team works hard to process orders, so any order placed before 3pm EST is usually processed within an hour after we receive it. This means that the product has been sorted, boxed, and is ready to be shipped to you. Any order or request placed after 3 pm from Monday through Friday (our facility is closed on weekends) will not be processed until the following business day.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed in our system. Safari Ltd.®’s dedicated Customer Care team works hard to process orders, so any order placed before 3pm EST is usually processed within an hour after we receive it. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will approve your cancellation request, without question, if your order has not already been processed.

Returning Merchandise

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders can be returned within 10 days of you receiving the item. To process your return, please contact a Toy Guru at sales@safariltd.com or 1-800-554-5414. Please have your order number and any photos of damage you may have ready.

Retail Orders

Safari LTD is proud to offer 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We are here to help you! Safari LTD now offers a full refund or exchange for all qualified returns made within 30 days of purchase. For qualified returns, product must be in new, unused condition with tags. For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. For exchanges, we will ship your requested Safari LTD product absolutely free. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for online purchases within 5-7 business days upon receipt of order/request. Customers can email bernie@safariltd.com or call: 1-800-554-5414 to request a return.

Parental Verification of Orders

We take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly provide our service to persons under the age of 13. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.

We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children’s online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children’s access to the web.

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call Safari Ltd’s for assistance or email bernie@safariltd.com.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Customer Care immediately. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting Customer Care, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Defective Items Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

APO And FPO Addresses

When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package to the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.

Please ensure recipient listed in the Shipping Address field is physically located at the base to avoid returned package and $9.99 shipping fee.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
