Tax will be applied to your order if it you are located in Florida, Georgia, Texas, California, New York.
Safari Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, Or Email Orders
Retail orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, Fax, and email orders are not accepted.

Safari Ltd does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email.
You should not ever send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.
COD orders are not accepted.
Preferred Shipping Method
Safari LTD chooses the preferred method of shipping for APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
The use of any courier service outside of Fed Ex Flat Rate is up to Safari Ltd’s discretion.
Shipping Within The United States
All Retail U.S. orders that are $30+ of product receive free shipping and handling (taxes not included) Excludes AK, HI and other non-contiguous U.S. locations.
All Retail U.S. orders that are under $30+ of product will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $9.99 (taxes not included).
Wholesaler’s must place a minimum order of $100 worth of product to receive free shipping and handling.
In the unlikely event that shipping charges are higher than estimated, you will be notified by email before the charges are made to your credit card.

If the shipping quote Safari Ltd. receives is over the $9.99 flat rate, the customer will be notified and be charged the difference before we ship the order.
Return Policy for Retail Orders
All retail sales are final. Only products with a manufacturer defect will be eligible for a return or refund.
If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturer defect, please email email@example.com within 10 business days of receiving your product and attach photos. Retail support will then contact you within 5 business days regarding your claim.
Safari Ltd.®’s dedicated Customer Care team works hard to process orders, so any order placed before 3pm EST is usually processed within an hour after we receive it. This means that the product has been sorted, boxed, and is ready to be shipped to you. Any order or request placed after 3 pm from Monday through Friday (our facility is closed on weekends) will not be processed until the following business day.
Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed in our system. Safari Ltd.®’s dedicated Customer Care team works hard to process orders, so any order placed before 3pm EST is usually processed within an hour after we receive it. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will approve your cancellation request, without question, if your order has not already been processed.
