As its name suggest, the giant squid is a cephalopod found in the deep recesses of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The biggest specimen recovered measured 43 feet, although some scientists believe they can grow to be even larger.

Size and Color: 18 inches long and 2.3 inches tall, this model is as long as one and a half American sized rulers and as tall as a stick of lip balm stood upright. Giant squid are primarily pinkish red, but also have light gray and white accents along their body and tentacles.
